All pickups will continue from Glass House on the same frequency.

Service will always occur on Saturdays, with all routes beginning at 7 a.m. You’ll receive a reminder 24 hours in advance—via text, email, or both, depending on your preference—so you never miss a pickup. Each customer also has access to a personal account where you can view your full pickup schedule more than six months in advance.

Glass Goat will match all records with Glass House's to ensure your next pickup is scheduled on track at the normal cadence.

After signing up, we'll reach out to confirm your first pickup date with us.

Glass Goat offers the easiest glass recycling experience. We provide a free custom bin, an online scheduling portal, and text reminders. Our service is teen-led, and you can skip any pickup for a full refund—no questions asked.

Glass House is no longer servicing any customers after July 30th. Glass Goat starts pickups on August 1st.

Glass Goat will be continuing service at a normal cadence for all customers, ensuring no one is left behind with glass piling up!

Whether you don't have enough glass that week or are away on vacation, we allow you to skip any pickup and for a full refund.

Simply reply to the reminder saying "skip."

Unlike Glass House, Glass Goat handles billing automatically through our website.

When you sign up, your card will be charged every 14 or 28 days based on your schedule—no need to remember to pay manually!

All prices will be held for 2 months at which point all pricing will be raised to the standard Glass Goat rates.

We do our best to keep pricing as affordable as possible. That said, Glass Goat does operate a bit differently than Glass House, and that comes with some additional costs.

Unlike Glass House, we have employees on payroll, full commercial insurance, and upgraded systems to support our customers. That includes an online customer portal and durable custom bins.

Yes! We do pickup reminders the same as Glass House. We offer text reminders in addition to email if you would like. These reminders get sent out 24 hours before your pickup.

Although we will greatly miss you, we understand that things may change.

There are no cancellation fees or restrictions. If you ever decide that this service is no longer for you, you can cancel anytime.
