When Are Pickups?
Pickup days vary by location, with all routes beginning at 7 a.m. You’ll receive a reminder via text, email or both (your choice) 24 hours before each pickup, so you never miss it! We will always notify you if there are any schedule changes.
Please reach out if you would like to know what day pickups are for your area.

Am I In Your Service Area?
We are working hard to expand our service area, but as for now, we are servicing all of Fairfax County, Alexandria, Arlington County, and parts of Loudoun including Ashburn, South Riding, Dulles, Potomac Falls, & Sterling.
If you aren't in one of the areas above, but would like to be, please fill out this new area request form.
Can I Skip a Pickup?
Whether you don't have enough glass that week or are away on vacation, we allow you to skip any pickup and for a full refund
To skip your pickup, simply reply to the reminder you’ll receive 24 hours in advance with the word "skip."
Cancelation Policy
Although we will greatly miss you, we understand that things may change.
If you ever decide that this service is no longer for you, you can cancel anytime.
Do You Serve Townhouses?
Sure do! We work hard to comply with your association's rules, too. So, if that means picking up right from your door, we can accommodate!
Materials Accepted
-Glass bottles
-Glass jars
-Any color, shape, or size with or without lids
-Please no bulbs or ceramics
Where Can I Find My Next Pickup Date?
You can always find your next pickup dates in the "My Account" tab.
You can also update your contact and address information in your account.
Do you take bins after pickups?
No, we never take bins. If your bin goes missing during a pickup day, please contact us.
We will help attempt to track it down. If it isn't able to be found, we will give you a new one.
How much is service?
We offer two plans: a biweekly pickup for $8.99 per pickup or a monthly pickup for $11.99 per pickup. The first pickup for both plans is just $1.
There are no hidden or cancellation fees.
Where should we place the bin for pickup?
If you live in a house, please make sure to place your bin by the curb. This ensures that we don’t miss it and makes it easier for our drivers to pick up. If you live in a townhouse, please place it on your front steps if possible.
We are leaving town, can we still get a pickup without leaving the bin by the curb?
Sure can! We completely understand that you still need pickups even with a busy travel schedule.
If you contact us beforehand, we can arrange to pick up right from your garage or porch door so that your bin isn't left out by your curb for an extended amount of time.
