When Is Pickup?
Pickup days vary by location, with all routes beginning at 7 a.m. You’ll receive a reminder via text, email or both (your choice) 24 hours before each pickup, so you never miss it! We will always notify you if there are any schedule changes.

Am I In Your Service Area?
We are working hard to expand our service area, but as for now, we are servicing all of Fairfax, Alexandria and Arlington County. Click here to see a full list of service areas.

Can I Skip a Pickup?
Whether you don't have enough glass that week or are away on vacation, we allow you to skip any pickup and for a full refund
Simply reply to the reminder if you would like to skip.
Cancelation Policy
Although we will greatly miss you, we understand that things may change.
If you ever decide that this service is no longer for you, you can cancel anytime no fees associated.
Do You Serve Townhouses?
Sure do! We work hard to comply with your association's rules, too. So, if that means picking up right from your door, we can accommodate!
