FAQ's
When is pickup?
Pickups are every other Saturday morning starting at 7a.m. You'll receive an text or email (your choice) 24 hours before each pickup as a reminder. We will always notify you if there are any schedule changes. You can also always check the pickup schedule to see when the next pickup is.
Sign up process
The process to get started with us is incredibly simple!

- A Glass Goat recycling bin will be dropped off at your house before the next scheduled pickup. (As long as its 24 hours before the next pickup)
- Enjoy your amazing new service!
Am I in your service area?
We are working hard to expand our service area, but as for now, we are servicing Fairfax, Arlington, and Loudoun County.

-Glass bottles
-Glass jars
-Any color, shape, or size with or without lids
-Please no bulbs or ceramics
Cancelation Policy
Although we will greatly miss you, we understand that things may change. If you ever decide that this service is no longer for you, you can cancel anytime. We do however ask that you do so at least 24 hours before the next pickup. You can learn more about our cancelation policies here.
