Pickup days vary by location, with all routes beginning at 7 a.m. You’ll receive a reminder via text, email or both (your choice) 24 hours before each pickup, so you never miss it!

Glass Goat offers the easiest glass recycling experience. We give a free custom bin, customer schedule portals, text reminders, are run by teens, and allow you to skip any pickup for a full refund.

We do our best to keep pricing as affordable as possible. That said, Glass Goat does operate a bit differently than Patrick’s service, and that comes with some additional costs.

Unlike Patrick, we have employees on payroll, full commercial insurance, and upgraded systems to support our customers. That includes an online customer portal, durable custom bins, and the ability to skip pickups when needed.

Unlike Patrick’s service, Glass Goat handles billing automatically through our website.

When you sign up, your card is charged every 14 or 28 days based on your schedule—no need to remember to pay manually. Since Patrick’s closing at the end of June and your first pickup with us is free, you won’t be charged until after that first visit.

Patrick is no longer servicing any customers after June 30th.

Yes! We do pickup reminders the same as patrick. We offer both text and/or email reminders if you would like. These remidners get sent out 24 hours before your pickup.

There are no cancellation fees or restrictions. If you ever decide that this service is no longer for you, you can cancel anytime.
